Reliant Care Management Company is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and mentor the nursing team, oversee patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance within HIPAA.

The ADON will develop and implement nursing policies, coordinate with physicians and therapists, monitor performance, and guide staff to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care.

A strong focus on total quality management, wound care, MDS planning, and staff development is expected.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous DON or ADON experience.
• Wound care experience and knowledge of Medicare A & B.
• Experience with MDS/Care Plans and regulatory compliance.
• CNA/CMT instructor certification and strong regulatory record.

Responsabilités

We are currently seeking a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Strong Leadership and Supervisory Skills
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice with previous DON or ADON experience.
• Rehabilitation Focus, Wound Care Experience, Knowledge of Medicare A & B, Willing To Work With Behavior Management Residents
• Enjoy working with the Elderly, MDS/Care Plans, Willing to work 2 Weeks a Month, Previous CNA/CMT instructor certification and have excellent regulatory compliance record and commitments to TQM (Total Quality Management)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
  Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations, including HIPAA compliance
