Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family and lead clinical operations in a Texas facility. The ADON will assist and support the Director of Nursing, helping build a high-performing team and culture focused on residents and their families.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in healthcare, with knowledge of long-term care regulations and infection control.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care operating standards per Federal Register, CoP and State regulations.

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
