AVIR Health Group seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Dallas, TX to support the Director of Nursing with clinical management and day-to-day operations. This role emphasizes resident and family focus, team development, and a strong culture of high performance.

The ADON will lead care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to infection control, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives within our facility in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program.
• Knowledge of infection control and prevention; familiarity with long-term care standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility.
• Contribute to building a high-performing team and culture.
• Help ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :
