Job summary

Diversicare is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) in Tennessee to lead the nursing team, drive quality care, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes staff development, mentoring, and fostering a patient-centered culture within a post-acute setting.

The ADNS will oversee staffing, coordinate training, and champion quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and commitment to quality care.
