Job summary

Trevida Health is seeking an ADON to assist the DON, supervise nursing staff, and help maintain regulatory compliance in our long‑term care facility in Ohio.

You will participate in surveys, supervise performance reviews, and provide training while ensuring patient records are accurate and care standards are met. Qualifications

• Current State RN or LPN license; RN preferred.
• Long-term care experience and strong communication.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assists the DON with planning, directing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
• Ensures the Nursing Department is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Develop, implement and update department policy and procedures when necessary or as directed.
• Oversees facility Infection Prevention Program.
• Assists with staffing to ensure Resident needs and regulatory requirements are met at all times.
• Participates in Federal, State and Local agency annual surveys.
• Reviews deficiencies noted by government agencies during inspections and assists with corrective changes.
• Completes annual performance reviews of staff and provides guidance and education.
• Maintain accuracy of patient records
• Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely
• Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient
• Assist physicians during rounds
• Provide guidance and training for aides
• Demonstrates proficient nursing skills

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Current State License as a Registered Nurse or LPN (RN Preferred)
• High school graduate/GED,
