Job summary

Good Shepherd is actively hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting exceptional resident care. The ADON plays a key leadership role by mentoring nursing staff, assisting with clinical oversight, and ensuring quality care standards are met throughout the facility.
