Job summary

Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehab is seeking an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and partner with the Director of Nursing.

This leadership role focuses on overseeing daily nursing operations, mentoring staff, promoting clinical excellence, and maintaining high standards that support our residents’ well-being. The ADON will coordinate infection control, educate staff, manage staffing, and ensure accurate medical records while accommodating flexible hours and on-call

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• 1 year of staff education experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Flexible hours required.

Responsibilities

• Meet the nursing needs of all residents.

DUTIES:

• Meet the nursing needs of all residents

• 24 hours on call

REQUIREMENTS:
