The ideal candidate is eager to grow in Human Resources under a passionate leader, gaining experience in employee relations, investigations, workers’ compensation, and more. Requirements include:

  • Self-motivated with a desire to advance your career.
  • Previous leadership experience as a Manager or higher.
  • At least three years of Human Resources experience is preferred.
  • Experience in hotel operations or HR is a plus.
  • Union experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000.

Responsibilities include assisting in overseeing HR functions such as recruiting, training, benefits, compliance, employee relations, labor relations, performance evaluations, safety, and employment processes. You will manage daily HR activities, facilitate meetings, develop team member performance, manage team member relations programs, oversee data management systems, recruit and train staff, prepare HR reports, act in the absence of the Director, and lead quality initiatives as needed.
