• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
• Experience in planning operational and capital budgeting and monitoring department costs.
• Administrative management and maintenance of records for preventive maintenance.
• Enforcement of center, hospital and department policies.
• Routinely tours facilities spaces and properties and assists in planning projects.

Experience and Education
previous experience in multi institutional healthcare, medical education or research facility
Minimum 10 years of supervisory and/or management experience in institutional setting responsibility for maintenance and repair of buildings and building systems
Knowledge of life safety code, building codes, nfpa, ashre and DNV
Communication skills and ability to work with a wide variety of groups
