The University of Miami is seeking an Assistant Director, Athletic Equipment Operations to support team practices, game management, and equipment operations across assigned sports. This role coordinates locker rooms, laundry, and inventory, ensuring uniforms and gear are ready for competitions and practices.
You will work with coaches and staff to optimize facilities, manage budgets, and oversee compliance with NCAA game operations guidelines.
The Assistant Director, Athletic Equipment Operations supports team operations for assigned teams including practices, game management, logistics and equipment operations. Provides facility coordination and scheduling as needed in support of the department’s event management mission. The incumbent will also work closely with coaches and staff to ensure effective locker room management including, laundry and equipment management, locker room set up, and ensures all uniforms and team equipment are in place for all competitions and practices.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
