Job summary

The Chick-fil-A Grand Opening Team on Grand Opening Drive-Thru at 10th Ave North in Lake Worth, FL is seeking an Assistant Director of Drive-Thru. You will lead our largest point of sale, build a caring team culture, and support the Director of Talent to ensure every team member feels valued and supported.

Expect 90-95% on-site work with a Monday-Saturday schedule, up to 45 hours per week, and a base pay of $20 per hour plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within CFA.

• Partnering with the leadership team to own the success or failure of a new hire's first 90 days
• Maintaining reports and general administrative duties
• Helping with Drive-thru and FOH scheduling
• Defining a framework for measuring drive-thru health and success
• Performance reviews and developing a leadership bench
• Controlling general expenses within scope of work
• Maintaining a consistent guest experience across all dayparts

Assistant Director of Drive-Thru: Grand Opening Team!

As the Assistant Director of Drive-Thru at Chick-fil-A10th Ave. North,you will be managing our largest point of sale and our reputation. As a leader on the team, you will have the privilege to enrich and invest in hundreds of lives in the Lake Worth area. Our mission is to create a caring refuge in Lake Worth, FL where we can make others feel uniquely valued. You will be responsible for assembling the right team to deliver this mission. You will also support the Director of Talent to ensure each team member feels cared for and supported–leading to a thriving, healthy culture. 90-95% of work will be on-site and 5-10% off-site. Hours of availability would be Monday-Saturday. Work would not exceed 45 hours per week. You will only be scheduled 5 days a week, with one of those days being a closing shift until 11pm.

Base Salary: $20 hr for 45 hours a week plus great benefits!

Responsibilities include:

• Training, training, and more training…no seriously, lots of training…you’ll be sick of training
• Partnering with the leadership team to own the success or failure of a team member or leader’s first 90 days of employment
• Maintaining various reports and general administrative duties
• Helping with Drive-thru and FOH scheduling
• Helping Define a framework for measuring the health and success of our drive-thru
• Performance reviews
• Driving a development pipeline that works to support advancement and a healthy bench of leaders
• Controlling general expenses within scope of work
• Maintain a consistent experience for our guests in all dayparts of the operation.

Your first 90 days will look like this:

• Week 1: Bread chicken (it’s kinda important to know around here) and learn other kitchen operations for the week
• Week 2: Deliver fast & accurate service in the Drive-Thru and learn other important front of house operations
• Week 3: You get the keys to the store in order to learn and perform 3 openings and 2 closings with a supervisor
• Week 4: Create timelines related to goals and responsibilities with the Operator
• Month 2: Start creating systems and processes to execute goals related to established timelines
• Month 3 & continued time: Review execution to benchmark against predetermined goals and timelines

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20/hr for 45 hours a week (overtime of 1.5xpaid for 5 of those hours)
• 401K contributions match 5%:4% after 90 days
