The University of Maine is seeking a CRM Operations support role to configure and track communications for new student enrollment. This position works with Salesforce and TargetX, builds on-campus admissions events, and monitors inquiry and counselor data.
It also serves as a backup for data extractions in PeopleSoft as needed. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with experience in large databases, strong communication, and knowledge of CRM systems and SQL/HTML.
This position supports new student enrollment efforts through configuring and tracking communication campaigns with the Salesforce and TargetX environments. As a critical part of the role, this position builds on campus admissions events within Salesforce CRM and all supporting systems. This position supports the admissions teams by monitoring inquiry data, counselor territory data, and data imports. This will position will also serve as a backup for the director when the director is not able to refresh PeopleSoft data extractions. This position will interact with members of the admissions team, admissions operations, and members from the Marketing & Communications departments. Typical hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $64,000commensurate with qualifications and experience.
