Savannah College of Art and Design is seeking an assistant director for the Office of Mental Health to train clinicians and interns while delivering comprehensive mental health services to university students in individual and group settings. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
• Experience with clinical supervision and using brief therapy models.
• Certified professional counselor supervisor (CPCS), or eligible.
• Full Georgia licensure or licensure in another state with the ability to apply for full licensure in Georgia.
• Independent licensure for at least three years with the ability to become a CPCS.

Responsibilities

• Train clinicians or interns and provide comprehensive mental health services to students.
• Consult with internal departments and maintain an active student caseload.
• Develop and present outreach and psychoeducational programs; document in system.
• Perform crisis intervention duties on call when assigned.
• Lead department improvement initiatives and prepare PRs for supervisor approvals.
