The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have five years of management experience in athletics. A valid PA driver’s license is also required. This position plays a key role in enhancing student-athlete experiences and ensuring the integrity and success of athletic programs.

Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in intercollegiate or professional athletics.
• Current, valid PA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director with organization and administration of the athletics program.
• Provide leadership for long-range planning and direction.
• Support the Director in managing the athletic department's operations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university

Master's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
