Responsibilities

• Mentor and advocate to ensure Native student success.
• Supervise student workers and Indigenous Peer Mentorship Program (IPMP).
• Coordinate and implement Native Graduation and NIRC activities.
• Develop assessment to understand Native student success and reporting needs.
• Maintain relationships with local Native communities and programs.
• Collaborate with Admissions and other offices to recruit Native students.
