Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field including human services, behavioral health, psychology or social work.
• Two years of related direct crisis experience required or five years experience in mental health services.
• Two years of increasing supervisory responsibilities required.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall management, organization and daily operational oversight of the program.
• Assist with interviews, hiring and training of crisis workers.
• Supervise Crisis Workers on a weekly basis using individual and group supervision methods.
• Ensure compliance with program standards, access to care philosophy, policies and procedures; maintain regulatory compliance.
• Promote Mobile Crisis and Peer Support/Teen Talk Lines programs within the community; maintain relationships with partners and funders.
• Travel as needed to meet program expectations and conduct off-site services.
