Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mental health, social work, student affairs, health education, or related field
  • 1 year related work experience
  • Proficient communication skills, professionalism and time management referenced in the ad

Responsibilities

  • Oversee bystander intervention programs and prevention initiatives for the department
  • Collaborate with campus partners to provide trauma-informed outreach and programming
  • Develop and coordinate prevention programming and training
  • Attend and participate in program development and prevention trainings
  • Lead bystander intervention programs to promote campus care culture
  • Coordinate It's On Us bystander program attendance for first-year and transfer students
  • Support outreach about prevention and advocacy services provided by the department
  • Create and manage digital marketing and awareness campaigns
  • Develop social media strategy and unit online presence
  • Lead campaigns with awareness and outreach events
  • Set and evaluate marketing metrics
  • Support administrative priorities of the office
