Job summary

North Carolina Central University seeks an Assistant Director of Career Strategy & Student Engagement within the School of Law to deliver comprehensive career services for students and alumni. You will advise individuals, coordinate workshops, and build relationships with employers to expand opportunities and reporting.

You will collaborate with the Director and Career Services Manager to advance goals, manage data, and contribute to monthly publications while supporting diverse student needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years' experience in career planning and employment services.
• Experience in program development, supervision, budgeting, and using computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide career development counseling to law students and alumni.
• Develop and coordinate career programs, workshops, and outreach campaigns.
• Assist with employer outreach, data collection for ABA/NALP surveys, and reporting.
