Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of progressive responsibility in recreational and competitive sports.
• 2 years of direct experience in officiating instruction and risk management in intramural sports and camp programming.
• Experience working with school‑aged children.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call basis.
• Valid driver’s license with low risk driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Intramural Sports calendar, schedules, and championships; manage registrations and records.
• Lead the youth camp program for 6–12 year olds, including planning curriculum and field trips.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate over 90 student staff.
• Schedule venues and ensure safety, supervision, and operations.
• Oversee budgets for intramural/extramural programs and camp operations; manage equipment and purchases.
• Contribute to risk management plans and safety training; ensure compliance with policies.
