Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three or more years related experience in commercial real estate, sales/business development, talent acquisition/recruitment/human resources, alumni relations, development, career services, higher education or other related field.

Responsibilities

• Build employer engagement strategy development and execution by expanding recruiting relationships.
• Develop and grow the College's industry presence through outreach across undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Engage with employers, alumni, students, faculty, staff and donors to drive career outcomes.
• Identify and pursue opportunities through targeted employer and alumni engagement across programs and on/off-campus offerings.
• Work primarily with West Coast markets (Portland, Seattle, Bay Area, Southern California) with potential for other regions.
