Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Three to five years in Leadership K-12 or higher education.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Equivalent combination of certification, education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day supervision of high school engagement and recruitment staff.
• Lead recruitment goal setting and monitor performance against targets.
• Manage CRM and recruitment tracking systems for prospective students.
• Develop partnerships with high schools and community organizations.
• Coordinate multiple recruitment activities and events.
• Support early college programs and seamless high school‑to‑college transitions.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Academic Affairs to meet enrollment goals.
