You will supervise two full‑time Health Promotion Specialists and coordinate with hourly staff or interns, while advancing inclusive, accessible programs that minimize risk and promote positive student experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the health promotion team, supervising full-time staff and student workers.
• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of inclusive, accessible programs that minimize risk while promoting positive experiences for participants.
• Contribute to department leadership through strategic planning, facility planning, budget development, and student learning.
• Collaborate with campus partners across the university to develop programs and events that support student success.
