Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of experience in financial aid counseling at a post-secondary institution.
• Experience with database management, system analysis, reporting, and data visualization, preferably with Ellucian Colleague or Oracle.
• Prior management or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coaches, trains, and evaluates graduate student financial planning counselors.
• Assists the Director in ensuring compliance with regulations and university policies in awarding graduate financial aid.
• Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and institutional regulations related to graduate students.
• Provides reports for proper operations within SFP and related departments.
• Completes federal and institutional verification and resolves ISIR codes for graduate students.
