Job summary

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business seeks an Assistant Director of Program Management to design and deliver custom executive education programs worldwide in virtual, in-person, or hybrid formats. Travel up to 10% annually (domestic and international) and some weekends/evenings for events may be required.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in program/event management, strong client interaction skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Four (4) or more years of experience in program or event management and high-level client interaction.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Extensive daily client interaction across cultures and borders.
• Communicate with 30-75 participants per program and engage with faculty.
• Liaise with internal and external vendors for program delivery.
• Manage project and event delivery on-site, off-site, domestically and internationally.
