Job summary

Northeastern University is seeking an Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life to strengthen a healthy Greek life on the Boston campus. The role supports 40+ organizations and 3,750+ students, guiding safety, leadership, and wellness initiatives across four councils.

You will supervise staff, develop educational programming, and collaborate with campus partners to align with the Division of Student Life’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in fraternity/sorority life advising or related areas.
• Ability to apply best practices in FSL advising and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Advise governing councils and chapters on goals for wellness and sustainability.
• Review member education plans and risk management for events.
• Lead and develop the FSL team and practicum staff.
• Coordinate hazing prevention and policy initiatives with stakeholders.
• Oversee FSL communications, newsletters, and social media.
