Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of progressive experience in employer relations or related field.
• Experience with partnerships and recruitment programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Travel locally and regionally with valid license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employer engagement strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with new employers regionally.
• Coordinate employer registrations for career fairs and sessions.
• Represent the university at business and workforce events.
• Build partnerships for internships and employment.
• Track engagement metrics and report annually.
• Collaborate with faculty for internship opportunities.
• Manage employer accounts in Handshake.
