Job summary

Harvard University’s Mignone Center for Career Success is seeking a Senior Employer Engagement professional to lead outreach to employers, grow internship postings, and supervise career services platforms such as Crimson Careers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred), at least five years in employer relations, and strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Experience in employer relations, preferably within a university career services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer outreach efforts to ensure robust employer engagement across desired industry areas.
• Grow internship postings and employer career fair participation.
• Oversee Crimson Careers and Symplicity Career Services Management platform and other vendor resources.
• Provide data and analysis for regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Develop revenue-generating options for employers to engage on campus and solicit feedback.
