Barnyard Academy in Shelbyville, TN is seeking a dedicated Director to oversee operations and instructional quality. The role requires licensing knowledge, staff development, and strong relationships with children and families.

The Director assists in recruitment, enrollment, regulatory compliance, and facility management, stepping in to lead classrooms to maintain staffing ratios when necessary. A collaborative leader will advance our child-centered program.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of teachers in classroom management and assist the Director in overseeing recruitment, enrollment, maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies, and facility and supplies management and ordering.
• Step in and lead a classroom to maintain staffing ratios when needed.
