We are hiring immediately for an Assistant Director, Dining Services position.

Requirement: 2 years of catering and retail food management experience.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Job Summary

As an Assistant Director of Dining Services I, you will assist with daily food service operations, manage and lead a team, and support financial and client relationship goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Work with the Chef and management to create nutritious, high-quality food.
  2. Implement new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
  3. Maintain excellent client relationships.
  4. Manage, train, and develop staff.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of food service management experience.
  • Experience in various food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or healthcare.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
