LeafSpring School in Charlotte, NC is seeking a passionate Curriculum Coordinator to join our leadership team. This role supports school operations, coaching teachers, and ensuring high-quality curriculum implementation across classrooms to create exceptional family experiences.

The ideal candidate is an experienced early childhood educator with strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to licensing compliance, continuous improvement, and positive student outcomes for children

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• North Carolina Early Childhood Administration Credential (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NC Child Care Licensing Regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and educational technology

Responsibilities

• Leadership & School Operations: Support the daily operations of the school.
• Leadership & School Operations: Conduct classroom walkthroughs and provide coaching.
• Leadership & School Operations: Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Leadership & School Operations: Assist with enrollment tours and family retention efforts.
• Leadership & School Operations: Help maintain staffing ratios throughout the day.
• Leadership & School Operations: Support opening and closing procedures.
• Leadership & School Operations: Assist with licensing compliance and state regulations.
• Leadership & School Operations: Participate in leadership meetings and professional development.
