Stanford University is seeking a Clinical Research Operations Assistant Director (CRC3) to lead the Immune Behavioral Health/ PANS Research Team within the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Rheumatology in Palo Alto, CA. The role directs the clinical database and biorepository, coordinates with the Aurora system, manages data workflows, and oversees budgeting, staffing, and study operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of clinical research experience.
• PhD or advanced degree in relevant research area preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA, IRB).
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple studies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subject recruitment and enrollment goals.
• Monitor data management and develop systems for data collection and analysis.
• Develop project schedules, targets, and accountabilities; lead meetings.
• Supervise staff and mentor students; assist with evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee IRB submissions and renewals.
• Collaborate with investigators and sponsors; monitor adverse events.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field

PhD or advanced degree in relevant research area (neuropsychiatry, immunology, and/or epidemiology) preferred
