Qualifications

• Master's degree and three years of related experience, or a combination of education and related experience.
• Substitution of work experience/education may be considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group advising to adult participants with apprenticeship and college applications and FAFSA.
• Leads the Learning and Employment Records (LER) initiative by developing training and support services.
• Ensures participant eligibility and records services in accordance with program requirements and federal grant regulations.
• Leads and coordinates the project's recruitment schedule to reach adults in the 10-county target area.
• Connects participants with tutoring and academic support services at GSU Learning and Tutoring Centers.
• Provides ongoing guidance to the Educational Program Specialist to ensure timely delivery of services.
