Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to partner with the School Director for safe, effective operation of the school and to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director assumes sole responsibility for the school.

You will foster an educational, caring, safe environment, recruit and retain quality staff, and uphold state licensing standards while supporting profitability and community trust.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 2 years in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.

• Ensure the school operates safely and effectively in line with standards.
• Promote a caring, safe environment for children and parents.
