Job summary

The Learning Experience #148 is seeking an energetic Assistant Director to collaborate with the Center Director and help run daily operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude to meet childcare standards.

Responsibilities include managing admissions/enrollment, filing, and maintaining student records, while ensuring attendance accuracy and compliance with center policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Director in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must hold CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Knowledge of Minimum Standards.
• Highly professional and dependable, good attendance is a must.
• Must be highly motivated and driven to accomplish tasks as assigned.
• Spreadsheet Excel and great with computer programs.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Director, you will partner with the Center Director in effectively operating and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
• Oversee and manage the admissions/enrollment process, filing, administrative tasks, creating and managing student files and records, reviewing student attendance records, etc.
