Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director to help run a licensed childcare center in Green Bay, WI. You will support the School Director in ensuring safe, high-quality care and education, and step in as needed to maintain smooth daily operations for families.

You will lead staff, foster a positive, educational environment, and contribute to profitability and community trust in our centers while upholding licensing standards and company safety visions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director.
• In the Director’s absence, assume sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.
