Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead campus visit strategy and events with departments.
• Oversee master event calendar for recruiting events across campus.
• Plan recruitment events and outreach with campus partners; present benefits to prospective students and families.
• Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities including on-campus, high school, virtual, and orientation events.
• Develop relationships with area high schools and colleges for event participation.
• Coordinate budget for visits and monitor expenses.
• Maintain reports on visitation activities and present to Admissions leadership.
• Track prospects and enrollment data; analyze ROI to meet goals.
• Meet enrollment goals for events and report progress.
• Assist in development and promotion of recruitment events and activities.
• Counsel prospective students and families to encourage enrollment.
• Identify onboarding strategies for campus and online students.
• Create communication workflows for visits and events; follow up on applications.
• Supervise Navigator and Telecounselor workers; train staff.
• Evening and weekend hours are required.
• Other duties as assigned.
