Southwestern University seeks an Assistant Director of Admission to lead campus visit experiences for prospective students and families. You will manage tours, open houses, admitted student days, and virtual events, coordinating with academic departments and student services to deliver high-touch experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Admission, you will supervise 30–50 student ambassadors and Welcome Center staff, analyze visit data, and refine registration workflows to support enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of supervision and event planning in undergraduate admissions.
• Willingness to work evenings, some weekends, and campus visit programs.
• Strong time management, budgeting, and self-management abilities.
• Calm under pressure with multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interaction skills.
• Knowledge of higher education and a liberal arts environment.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily campus tours, information sessions, and signature events.
• Lead large-scale open houses, admitted student days, and VIP visits.
• Expand virtual visit experiences and digital engagement options.
• Manage 30–50 student tour guides and Welcome Center staff.
• Analyze visitor feedback and CRM data to improve visit effectiveness.
• Present admissions information sessions to large groups.
• Maintain an inclusive and welcoming campus visit environment.
