Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with children.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Social Work, or related field; CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inclusion policies and develop camp programming.
• Supervise seasonal staff and coach on behavior management.
• Coordinate curriculum with Camp Shai and School’s Out! resources.
• Maintain records, budget, and licensing compliance.
• Engage families with regular updates and communications.
