Responsibilities

• Oversee building and permit administration for the City of Conroe.
• Review construction plans for code compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate issuance of building permits in accordance with procedures.
• Supervise staff and ensure high customer service levels for contractors and the public.
• Ensure compliance with International Building Code, Electrical Code, Plumbing Code, etc.
