Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred and clinical leadership experience.
• RN licensure or AR Social Worker license (LMSW/LCSW/LPC) preferred.
• Two years of leadership experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Director provides direct patient care including assessments, assists in treatment recommendations, and guides staff in day-to-day processes under Director guidance.
• Interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, employers and healthcare facilities; ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards and state requirements.
