Job summary

Northwest Catholic High School in West Hartford, CT seeks an energetic Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Events to join our Office of Advancement. You will oversee annual giving programs, including direct mail, e-solicitation, phone outreach, and donor stewardship, reporting on metrics to guide strategy.

You will work closely with donors and alumni, cultivate prospects, and help plan and execute special events that strengthen the school’s mission and community.

Qualifications

• Experience administering annual giving programs including direct mail, e-solicitation, and donor stewardship.
• Strong relationship-building and donor/constituent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative with the ability to multi-task in a mission-driven school environment.
• Experience planning and executing special events.

Responsibilities

• Administers all aspects of annual giving and donor recognition.
• Maintains and reports on annual giving metrics.
• Assists with planning and execution of special events.
