Job summary

University of Central Oklahoma seeks an Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship to lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of annual giving programs and donor stewardship. You will drive donor engagement across direct mail, email, social media, events, and personal outreach to increase participation and culture of philanthropy.

The role collaborates with university leadership, deans, and partners to advance engagement goals and uses data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in fundraising or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of annual giving programs.
• Develop campaign strategies, segmentation, messaging, and solicitation plans.
• Coordinate donor stewardship and engagement initiatives across channels.
• Collaborate with university leadership and donors to advance fundraising goals.
• Monitor performance and adjust strategies using fundraising data.
