Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or progress toward BA.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Experience with youth programs in NYC DOE context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise academic counselors and program components.
• Prepare activities to complement homework sessions.
• Coordinate daily schedule and school-day alignment.
• Lead off-site trips and supervise students and staff.
• Promote projects in academic, cultural, and artistic growth.
• Provide coverage for activity specialists.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and youth behavior management.
• Report progress to the After-School Program Director.
• Ensure compliance with DYCD, DOE, DOHMH regulations.
