Job summary

HHS is seeking a P.M. Shift Assistant Director to lead the hospital housekeeping team at DLP Wilson Medical Center.

You will guide a goal-oriented department to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, with learning opportunities to advance toward director roles. No housekeeping experience required, but a willingness to learn, strong leadership, and collaboration with hospital leadership are essential.

P.M Shift Assistant Director
We’re looking for a friendly, compassionate, leader to join our housekeeping team!
Assist with leading a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal. No housekeeping experience is required, just a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Be open-minded and ready to learn from your manager and team members alike
• Lead and manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules
• Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members

• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
