Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director for a Montessori school in California. The role supports the School Director to ensure safe, high-quality operation and program delivery in an early education setting.

In the Director’s absence, you will have sole responsibility for the school, while promoting social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and compliance with state licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, and in the Director’s absence, sole responsibility for the school.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefit:

• Compensation $26.60 - $27.63 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
