Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director in Marietta, GA to oversee safe, effective school operations with the School Director. In the Director’s absence, you assume sole responsibility for the school and champion a nurturing environment for children.

You will help promote social, physical, and intellectual growth, lead staff, ensure licensing compliance, and support families with outstanding service. This role offers growth and a positive, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Georgia 40 hour director course completed preferred.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age


• Must have at least 2 years of Assistant Director experience in a licensed child care facility.


• Associate Degree in ECE or related field is preferred


• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.


• Georgia 40 hour director course completed is preferred
