Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring an Assistant Director for our Moreno Valley, CA early childhood school. You will partner with the School Director to run the day-to-day operations, ensure safety and quality care, and promote healthy development for children.

We offer a competitive hourly compensation starting at $24.18–$25.12 with bi-weekly and daily pay, plus benefits, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a family-friendly schedule that may include no nights or weekends and a childcare discount.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.
• In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Compensation $24.18 - $25.12 starting hourly rate salary on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
