Learning Care Group in Lynnwood, WA is hiring an Assistant Director to help run the school with the Director and ensure safety and licensing standards.

The role focuses on promoting growth in children, managing a caring environment, and recruiting quality staff while maintaining a positive, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent and state education requirements met.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision.In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
