Job summary

Learning Care Group, through Montessori Unlimited, seeks an Assistant Director for our Mansfield, TX Montessori center. You will partner with the School Director to ensure safe, effective operation and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children.

In the Director’s absence, you’ll assume sole responsibility and help recruit and supervise staff while maintaining licensing compliance. We offer competitive compensation, health benefits, retirement planning with a 401k match,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

• Foster an educational, caring, safe environment for the children and parents.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
