The Children’s Courtyard in Houston seeks an Assistant Director to help lead a safe, caring school under the direction of the School Director. You will support daily operations and contribute to the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in licensed childcare, a high school diploma, and a commitment to creating a positive, educational environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
